Owen And I

This is a photo of Owen and I. I took this a little bit before I left Ak. It was really fun to get a good picture of us together before I left. He really is fun to take pics with when he's in a good mood. This will help me remember him I'm sure.

Problem Animals In Ok

One problem animal in Ok is the snakes. A problem with snakes is that they are in the garden frequently and that frightens me when I just walk outside and see them it frighten me a lot. Antoher problem with them is they eat the bunnies that are in the yard. The animal that is only slightly annoying in Ok is the hawk. The only problem I have with it is that it also eats bunnies. Yet another mammal that irratates me is the coyote because it eats all sorts of creatures in the night. I know that it's just because I like animals that I don't like those animals.

Jasper

Jasper is my pet cockatoo. He's basically a miniature parrot which is very cool because he talks fairly well. I also saw another cockatoo at a grooming place that was sixteen that could sing and dance to 'We Will Rock You'. He was very cool. Though Jasper is only about five he can talk fairly well. The night I got him I was attempting to teach him to say 'hello Will' but after about fifty times with me saying that until he finally said 'jasper'. Like he was trying to say 'you idiot my name is not Will it's Jasper'. At least that's how I read it. If he wanted he could seriously injure someone because he has a beak that can turn one of those wooden baby blocks to toothpicks. In my opinion he wouldn't hurt a fly.

Chores

Every week or every other day I have to do chores. Now I know that most kids absolutely hate chores but I definetely love them. One thing that I have to do is mow the lawn. Did I mention that we have one of those (ZTR) zero turn radius lawn mowers. The nice thing is that all that gets excersised is your arms because you just need to move it with the joystick like things whatever they are called they are very nice. Oh and I have to do the laundry about every week. The nice thing is that I just have to work on that for about ten minutes the few amount of times I have to do it. And I'm supposed to keep my room clean but we did just move there so that is a little annoying. I have been making a very large effort though and I believe that my room is fairly clean.

I Love Writing

I enjoy writing so much I have finished one book already and am working on another one. I can't wait until my parents publish it. The name of the completed on is 'The Unforgivable Tunnel'. The other book is titled ' The Day Before The Devil'. Which, is hopefully going to be one book in a whole series. When I was just about to start my first book mom thought that I was going to basically copy because I liked Harry Potter and Star Wars so much. Now I want to write all of the time, that's partially why I made this blog.

Changing Houses

Now that time is so thin with me in Ak I have to go to my other sister's house because she promised my mom that she would take me to the airport. Since I'm leaving on sunday I have to gather up all my stuff which if you know me is fairly difficult. Though I will miss my family that is here I currently miss my parents in Ok. We have some friends coming with me on the plane so that I don't have to fly alone. They are very good friends of my family. They also let me stay the night at there family's house. I am always excited about plane trips and this time is no exception.

This was my dog Denali. About two years ago I lost him to cancer. He was only five years old. His mom also died from cancer. I feel just terrible because he was my best friend. Now I know what the saying 'mans best friend' means. He was always a good dog and he didn't even get to live in Oklahoma. The closest he got was about two or three months from the move. Though we have Kiah I still miss him.

Oklahoma Heat

In Oklahoma its been really hot this summer. Though the winters aren't that cold anyway. But here in Ak it's been around 60 degrees most of the time except for about a week it was almost always 80 degrees or above. I know that if you live in the lower 48 then that sounds like nothing but here it's something. It was about 106 degrees in the shade in Ok a little while ago and about 125 degrees in direct sunlight. The only thing is the little thermometer heats up so it probably wasn't that warm but I'm sure it felt like it.

Life As I Knew It In Alaska

As you know I have moved to Oklahoma and still miss Alaska. But I'm going to tell you about my old life in Ak. I lived in a fairly nice house and dad would chase me around the yard or we would have races. But what was really fun was to through an apple under some huge bushes because I pretended that there was a bear under there. But the apples were shriveled up and stuff so I didn't waste any. Then I moved into another house that I'm pretty sure was bigger than the old house. The only thing was that it had a forested backyard so when I shot my bow and arrow if I missed it would go in the backyard and the arrow might be gone for good. Though there weren't that many problems about that house. Oh and for whatever reason I enjoy Fred-Meyer's especially since there isn't one in Ok. So for the most part I loved to live in Ak.

My Nephew Owen

My nephew Owen is very young yet he calls me Will instead of Uncle Will now. It was sort of cute when he called me Uncle Will but when he just says Will he says like he's board or something. He sure is a kid of mischief as you can see in his eyes. I sure will miss him since I no longer live in Alaska. This sunday I'm leaving Alaska. Maybe he'll write letters once he gets old enough.

I'll Definetely Miss Alaska

Though I lived hear for a whole nine years I'll probably still miss Alaska. When I get to Oklahoma I'm going to do my best to keep in touch with all of my family in Ak. Though I will be able to see them again, hopefully.

A Photo From Valdez,Ak

I came back to Alaska to visit some relatives and so I was able to take many interesting pictures. I got a fairly good one of an eagle catching a fish. Now I know that it's blurry but it's very difficultto get a non-blurry one when something is moving at that speed.

My New Life in Oklahoma

I am very excited now that I moved to Oklahoma. The heat is absolutely anstonishing. Just last week it was about 106 degrees in the shade and in the sun (which the thermometer heats up) it said it was 125 degrees! Before I moved there I thought that 80 was hot but then I found out what humidity is, believe me it changes the way you think of heat. Then we got a new dog. I was going to name her an Alaskan name but all of the little puppy ones were taken. Then my Mom thought of naming her an Australian name because she is an australian shepherd. The cool thing is that she is actually a teacup sized miniature australian shepherd which means she is the smallest type there is. We ended up calling her Kiah which means "a beatiful place" in australian. Kiah is maybe a foot high and about a foot and four inches long. Another fun thing about her is that she plays soccer. For example I'll kick the ball her way and she dribbles it then I'll shout 'Kiah' and she'll use her nose to bump the ball in my direction and I'll score. She doesn't mind the heat at all which in my opinion is amazing considering how much excercise she gets. My cockatoo 'Jasper' doesn't mind the heat either. As a matter of fact he very much enjoys it. Oh, and my cat 'Patches' stays indoors for the most part but one time when it was only like 75 degrees out she somehow escaped out the backdoor and stayed the night outside.
